The Hermès windows unveil the theme of the year – Drawn to Craft, through watercolor paintings portraying scenes from a park. From the saddle stitch to the pencil stroke, everything at Hermès begins with drawing. It’s about experimentation and discovery, all in a spirit of exhilarating, child-like joy.

For the next set of windows, we bring the magic of storytelling to life through the art of drawing.
Inspired by the raw, expressive energy of a comic, each window becomes a page where creativity unfolds—doodles, sketches, and crayon illustrations narrate a whimsical tale across a retro comic book format.
At the heart of this unfolding narrative is an adventurous journey. Our character stumbles upon a mysterious map, setting off in search of the legendary Hermès horse. Through bold, hand-drawn lines and spontaneous scribbles, we follow their quest— leaping across surreal landscapes, and navigating the unknown. When they finally glimpse the horse’s reflection in a cave, believing their journey is complete, the story takes an unexpected turn. The cave transforms into a portal, pulling them into a cosmic odyssey that extends across planets, universes, and dimensions.
Every display captures a moment in motion, infused with humor, adventure, and wonder, as if an unseen artist is actively sketching the tale. Hermès pieces seamlessly integrate into the illustrated world, becoming props, companions, or even part of the scenery itself. The windows are rendered like comic book pages, layered with pastels and crayons to create a rich, textured feel—soft hues, monochrome sections, and visible strokes add warmth and spontaneity, evoking the pages of an artist’s notebook.
Each window turns a new page, revealing not just a search for the Hermès horse but a deeper realization—the journey itself is just as extraordinary as the destination. The result is an immersive, playful, and endlessly imaginative experience, inviting viewers to step inside the artist’s world, where every doodle tells a story.
